When you hire me, you are hiring an experienced real estate investor who has spent years studying and using digital marketing to grow her business. Most management companies do not understand your business. I've spent thousands of my own dollars on this marketing method, and I've learned how to build efficient campaigns for real estate investors because of that.

$500 Setup

$300 Monthly

Great for those just starting out with digital marketing, or those with a limited budget. This package allows you to utilize proven strategies and start quickly. Select up to four distressed seller types along with the services you provide. What you get:

A standard keyword list for your seller lead type(s).
Rotating high performing ads based on seller lead type and services offered. Ads will rotate weekly or biweekly, based on your budget.
Standard updates based on performance trends and Google updates.
Biweekly reports for ad spend of$50 or more per day, monthly reports for ad spend under $50 per day.

Recommended minimum daily ad spend: $30

$2,000 Setup

$1,000 Monthly or 10% of Ad Spend

Great for those with a higher budget, looking to maximize efficiency. This package is tailored to your businesses. After I understand your full range of services I will set up keywords and ads based specifically on your services. What you get:

Keywords tailored to your business.
Three ads per ad group, written specifically for your business.
Weekly updates based on ad and keyword performance, including at least one new ad per ad group.
Weekly performance reports.
Assistance in installing conversion tracking on your website in order to measure best performance indicators.
Suggestions to improve your website in order to improve conversions and lower cost of clicks.

Recommended minimum daily ad spend: $100

The minimum contract length is three months. To use this service you must have a functioning website. For the Tailored Ads Management package, the website needs to have a sign up form and the ability to install conversion tracking.

Learn Hands On

Do you want to stop buying fish and start learning how to fish? If so, my one on one training services are for you. I will sit down with you and train you how to set up a successful ad campaign, as well as give you some essential tips that are essential to real estate investors. If you are new to real estate investing or digital marketing, and like having a coach, this option is recommended for you.

The Fine Print

All Justice Consulting material is proprietary, including, but not limited to, training manuals, e books, keyword lists, ad copy, etc. Hiring Justice Consulting for management services grants you access to this material, but it may not be used if services are cancelled.

A three month contract at minimum is required for management services, as performance typically takes two months to increase efficiency.

Although it is Justice Consulting's goal to drive as many leads to you as possible, fluctuating markets, performance variation by location and distressed seller type, as well as performance dependence on website means Justice Consulting cannot guarantee performance.
